Cancellation & Refund Policy

DomestiPro Academy (“we,” “our,” or “us”) aims to provide high-quality online courses and certificates to learners seeking to enhance their skills and employability. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Course Enrollment & Payment
1.1 All courses are purchased online through the DomestiPro Academy platform.
1.2 Payment must be completed in full before course access is granted, unless otherwise stated in special promotions.
1.3 Once payment is processed, learners are granted immediate access to course materials.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Learners may cancel a course enrollment before accessing the course content.
2.2 Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@domestipro.co.za.
2.3 Courses accessed or completed cannot be canceled. Access includes:
- Logging into the course dashboard
- Downloading course materials
- Starting interactive modules or assessments
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refunds are only considered if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and before accessing any course content.
3.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email, including:
- Full name and contact details
- Course name(s) and purchase date
- Reason for refund request
3.3 Refunds will not be granted for:
- Courses already accessed or completed
- Certificates already issued
- Discounted bundle or promotional purchases, unless otherwise stated
- Learners who violate DomestiPro Academy policies
3.4 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
4. Certificate & Access After Refund
4.1 Upon approval of a refund, all course access will be revoked immediately.
4.2 Any certificates issued for the refunded course will become invalid and unverifiable.
4.3 Employers will no longer be able to verify certificates issued for refunded courses.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
5.1 Refunds or cancellations outside this policy may be considered at the discretion of DomestiPro Academy, in cases such as:
- Technical errors preventing course access
- Platform outages affecting learning
- Duplicate purchases
5.2 Requests under exceptional circumstances must include evidence of the issue and are subject to review.
