Verify any DomestiPro Academy Certificate Instantly

DomestiPro Academy issues verified certificates for all completed courses. Employers, recruiters, or third parties can confirm the authenticity of a certificate using either the Certificate ID or QR code.

How to Verify a Certificate

Option 1: Verify via Certificate ID

  1. Locate the Certificate ID printed on the learner’s certificate.
  2. Enter the Certificate ID into the field below:
    1. Click Verify.
    2. If valid, the system will display Verification Status

Option 2: Verify via QR Code

  1. Open your smartphone camera or QR code scanner.
  2. Scan the QR code printed on the certificate.
  3. You will be redirected to the verification page with certificate details and authenticity confirmation.

Why Verification Matters

  • Ensures the authenticity of the learner’s skills.
  • Builds trust between employers and domestic professionals.
  • Helps employers make informed hiring decisions for upmarket households.

Invalid or Expired Certificates

  • If a certificate has been revoked or is invalid, a message will display:
    “This certificate is no longer valid or cannot be verified.”
  • Possible reasons include:
    • Refund or cancellation of the course
    • Policy violations by the learner
    • Expired certificate under review
